1999年日本女子大学家政学部経済学科卒業。2008年東京藝術大学大学院映像研究科プロデューサーコース修了（映像学修士）

日本女子大学在学中に公認会計士二次試験合格後、新日本監査法人国際部（Ernst & Young International）に勤務。2002年より、塩原公認会計士事務所副所長。

2005年からは、映画を主軸とする各種コンテンツの企画・プロデュースを開始。2008年より映画製作会社プロデューサー業務を経て、2011年より独立。

2021年から2024年は、Amazon Prime Videoオリジナル映画・シリーズの企画製作部長として、戦略策定・投資計画策定・製作投資コンテンツ選定の責任者としても従事した。

Fumiko Shiobara

Producer | Certified Public Accountant

Shiobara Office Inc. is a Professional Entertainment Firm, offering Film Producing, Financing, International Co-productions and Consulting. 

The president, Fumiko Shiobara, Producer and CPA, has produced several award-winning films. Fumiko graduated with a BA in Economics from Japan Women's University, after which she worked in auditing with Ernst & Young ShinNihon as a CPA. Since receiving her MFA in Film Producing from Tokyo University of the Arts, she started producing films from 2005. 

From 2021 to 2024, she also served as Head of Scripted Series & Movies at Amazon MGM Studios Japan, leading the creative development team tasked with making Local Originals for Prime Video & Amazon Studios.
